Superhangars employs a multi-layer inflatable beam system reinforced with tension belts, distributing loads efficiently across the membrane. This architecture allows the structure to withstand wind, snow, and temperature variations, ensuring stability and safety in extreme climates. Finite Element Modelling (FEM) and CFD analysis are used during design to verify performance under real operational loads.
Each hangar is equipped with an automated air-pressure management system, ensuring continuous balance and redundancy. Integrated sensors monitor internal pressure and environmental conditions in real time, automatically activating backup blowers if required. This ensures fail-safe operation, even during power interruptions or rapid weather changes.
Superhangars uses technical-grade coated fabrics that provide exceptional tensile strength, UV resistance, and long-term airtightness. All materials are compliant with aviation, military, and industrial standards, with optional fire-retardant and thermal insulation layers. Seams are welded using advanced HF (high-frequency) technology to guarantee airtight integrity and long service life.
Our hangars are modular by design — sections can be added, removed, or replaced to adapt to changing operational needs. All components are lightweight and compact for transport, enabling global mobility by air, sea, or land. A standard hangar can be unpacked and assembled in just a few hours using minimal personnel and equipment.
